Payment
Once your down payment of 50% is made, your appointment is secured.
This can be done via cash, bank deposit, or online transfer & should be done at least 7-14 days before the date of appointment. Full payment can also be made.
Please note this down payment is non-refundable & non-transferable.

NOTE: If your down payment is not made your appointment is not secured.
Once payment is made a picture of the receipt is required and can be sent via WhatsApp or email.

Cancellations of your appointment.
You are kindly asked to contact me asap so that I can make arrangements to suit.

Please note when you book an appointment the date and time are reserved for you and as such your total cost will still be due.

Fees
Late fees: a charge of $100 will be implemented for clients that are more than 20 minutes late. Please note that if you are later than this you will be encroaching on another client’s time and your appointment can be canceled.

Once down payment is made your appointment is secured and all terms and conditions stated above apply.
